Photographs captured by my beloved transmuted into mandalas. These photos include dragonflies, the ocean, herons, soil, grasshoppers, flowers and flower stamens. The collection is a project in reflecting the radiant quality of the mundane, a quality which carries with it pleasure, spontaneity and wonder. When I am awake to myself, I am awake to this radiance. It infuses familiarity with the stunning awareness that everything in this world is far greater than my conceptualizations. It is the awareness that the innermost truth of everything is unnameable, dispelled from the mind and indigenous to the mystery.
